     Y O G A G E classes teach yoga poses Hatha style, "holding the pose for a series of breaths". 
Individual modifications are offered to fit your body and your needs.  The focus is on teaching classic yoga poses so that you can practice at home safely.  Continuing your yoga practice at home, as often as you can, is a sure way to reap maximum benefits, including flexibility, strength, balance and more effective breathing. 

 

     All classes are taught by Carol Potts, Registered Interdisciplinary Yoga Teacher.  She received her certification at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, upon completion of a 200 hour intensive teacher training in January of 2008.  Carol was also certified in 2013 to teach traditional Hatha yoga through Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, Lonavla, India.

 

     At Y O G A G E, in the small group studio, the maximum student to teacher ratio is 4/1.  Students enjoy one-on-one personal attention, and hands-on assistance, in a non-competitive, friendly atmosphere.  Wear comfortable clothing or bring them to change into.  Yoga mats and props are provided.  A shower is available. (Please bring your own towel and bath products).  Large group classes are taught in the beautiful Prana studio.   
 
 
 
     Contact us to sign-up for an existing class, or to create one of your own. 60 minute classes are available at different times of day and skill levels. Get friends together, or book a private yoga session.  Look for special workshops, events and visiting guest teachers as well.
